We’re thrilled you chose something from our Paws & Pour collection! Our goal at Wiggly Whims is that you love your order — from the wagging tail to the last sip. Because each piece is crafted with care, our Paws & Pour gear is typically non-returnable, except in the cases below:
What we’ll happily cover
- If you received an incorrect item, or
- If your item arrived damaged or defective — please contact us within 30 days of purchase at contact@wigglywhims.com.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
What we can’t accept
- Returns after 30 days from purchase.
- Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or are outside the condition described above.
- Items not eligible under “Incorrect, damaged or defective” criteria.
What happens next?
Once you reach out to us with your issue and we’ve confirmed it’s eligible, we’ll handle your refund — either back to your original payment method or via store credit — as quickly as possible.
