Welcome to Wiggly Whims (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at [https://wigglywhims.com/] (“Site”), any services we provide (“Services”), and the purchase of our products (“Products”) in the Paws & Pour Collection. By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

We aim to deliver your items in a timely manner, but all delivery times are estimates only.
You are responsible for shipping details provided. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment.
Free shipping automatically applies for orders over USD $50 (or equivalent) in the Paws & Pour Collection unless otherwise noted.
During sale periods or promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our goal at Wiggly Whims is that you love your order. The Paws & Pour collection is crafted with care and generally non-returnable, except in the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
If you receive an incorrect item, or a Product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at contact@wigglywhims.com.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide proof of purchase and notify us within the 30-day window.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from purchase.
Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original payment method or store credit at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is our property or licensed to us. You may access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use—including reproduction, modification, or distribution—is prohibited without our prior written consent.
